At Kagaz Aur Kala, we take great care in creating and delivering our products. Since many of our items are artistic, handcrafted, or made-to-order, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift Cards, Bookmarks or personalized products
- Made-to-order or handcrafted items
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in artistic products and are not considered defects.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
